Here are a series of light-hearted films created to promote the Transylvania Restaurant in Bristol. Each advert is based around a section of Vampire lore.

A VAMPIRE MUST BE INVITED IN
Synopsis:
A common staple in vampire lore is the idea that a vampire must be invited into a building by its owner before entering. This short advert shows a vampire trying to go into the Transylvania Restaurant however he is unable to as a vampire must be invited in. The vampire pulls out his scroll of rules to check the rule - “A vampire must be invited in”. He then decides to disregard this rule as the restaurant is simply too good to miss out on.

A VAMPIRE MUST FEED EVERY NIGHT
Synopsis:
A key aspect of the vampire mythos is that in order to stay alive they must suck the blood of new prey every night into order to feast. For this short, we will put a twist on this by making the Transylvania restaurant the focal point - implying that is where the vampire goes to feed every night.

A VAMPIRE CANNOT EAT GARLIC
Synopsis:
Garlic is one of the most common weaknesses for most incarnations of Vampires throughout popular culture. In this short film, the vampire is seated within the restaurant ready to order his meal. His Nostrils suddenly flair and he looks horrified. We cut to the Kitchen where the chef is chopping Garlic. Dracula opens his vampire rule book which states clearly Vampires cannot eat Garlic. Despite this Dracula is tempted by the food and decides to eat it anyway only to find that he is perfectly fine. Vampires can in fact eat garlic.
